If you think that being a multi-billionaire is a piece of cake, you've got another thing coming. At least when you're talking about the owner of the most well-known English club ever - attention, I said "well-known", not "full of trophies". Yes, you got it… We're talking about Manchester United. Reuters news agency released an information yesterday concerning the recovery from a stroke of Malcolm Grazer,
the owner of the above mentioned Premiership club.
The 77-year old mogul is, apparently - to the relief of the football fans in Manchester - out of danger. After going through some really tough times in the past few days, the Glazer family released a declaration, in which they stated that: "Malcolm is now feeling better. The condition is understood not to be life-threatening".
What is more concerning for GLazer is the fact that he's not a rookie when it comes to health problems. The American had previously suffered another stroke, not more than a month ago, and had to be hospitalized in a Cleveland private clinic. The second stroke - the one that he's recovering from - came only 2 weeks away, on the 30th of April, Glazer being forced to go back and recuperate.
The businessman who bought Manchester United football club for 1.5 billion dollars is very confident that his state will improve rapidly and that he can go on to his life as soon as possible. In fact, Joel Grazer, his son, said to the American reporters that: "Doctors expect my father to return home in the next few weeks. As a result of this stroke his rehabilitation period will be longer and more challenging. Our family appreciates all the support and warm wishes that we have received".
