The service is still unavailable for some people around the world

Microsoft claims that it has already repaired the Outlook.com following the two-day outage that hit the service this week, but users keep complaining about login issues for their accounts.

Reports coming from all over the world reveal that Outlook.com is still unavailable for a number of people, even though the service status page indicates that everything should work just fine.

Contacted by Softpedia, a Microsoft spokesperson briefly described the issue, saying that users should keep an eye on the status page to find out when Outlook.com is back online. The funny thing is that the page now claims that all accounts should be available, but login issues still exist.

"Outlook.com experienced an incident that caused some customers not to be able to access their account or share their SkyDrive files. We have restored web access for all customers, but some people might still see issues with their mobile devices. We are working to restore full mobile access as quickly as possible. For the latest information, we encourage users to visit the status page," the company spokesperson said.

Update: Microsoft has restored access to all Outlook.com accounts, so the service should be up and running right now for everybody.
