The development team at Ready at Dawn and publisher Sony are launching another developer diary for The Order: 1886 in video form, offering fans of the title a look at how the Lycan enemies, who are basically werewolves, were create and how they will challenge gamers.

Early concept art is shown and the game creators explain how they were inspired by classic creatures from the fantasy world but added their unique twist.

In The Order: 1886, gamers will take on the role of Galahad, who is a member of a secretive order of Knights who has been long battling creatures that are half man and half monster.

As the name implies, the title takes place in an alternate history Victorian London setting and ready at Dawn says that it will have such high quality graphics that it will be hard for players to distinguish between cutscenes and actual gameplay sequences.

Sony has not offered an extensive look at the gameplay of the experience so far, but they are aiming to mix classic shooter and action elements, with a combination of long-range and close quarter combat sequences.

The Order: 1886 will be offered exclusively on the PlayStation 4 and should be available all over the world on February 20 of next year.
