OK, this product may not see the light at the end of the production line because the Kickstarter backers do not seem to be interested. Nevertheless, this is an inexpensive product and a great idea to help you around with your iPad.

The Orbit case is a perfect fit for iPad Mini. It's the kind of accessory that will help you get more active when working with your iDevice if you are a gamer or just a guy who likes to shoot video.

The case is easily detachable and it clips right on when you need it. Orbit Case allows you to grip the device on either side and will stay on the iPad Mini as long as you need it to. It also provides a good way to charge your iPad and it is designed to work with the SmartCover.

The developer has already made a working prototype and he says he will have the final case ready when this project gets funded on Kickstarter. The end result will be a much more beautiful case with rubber molded edges and handles for a more secure grip.

You can use it while riding a bike, a skateboard or a scooter, while jumping on the trampoline and you can single handedly record a video. Another great way to use it is while playing action games on your iPad. Having the screen and bezel free from your hands may help you with your gaming performance.

There are eight different rewards on Kickstarter, so you can pledge from $1 up to $249 for this case. The cheapest one to get you the Orbit Case is $39 (€28.8). The project developer has initiated a poll to choose the Kickstarter Users favorite color. You get to decide the final color that the Orbit Case will have. The choices are full black, white with grey handles, lime green with yellow handles, bright orange with red handles and electric blue with royal blue handles.

The case is expected to be delivered in December of 2014, if it reaches its Kickstarter goal of $38,500. So far there have been only eight backers and there are 13 more days to go.
