The Odyssey HD is a game developed by CrazySoft which takes the players on the footsteps of the Greek Hero Ulysses.

Players will control Ulysses in his journey home, after the fall of the mighty city of Troy. Players will get to know the myth surrounding the hero and will learn a great deal of history in the process.

According to its developers, players will have to face some tough challenges, such as escaping from the goddess Calypso's island and from the blind Cyclops Polyphemus, find an Oracle, avoid the evil mermaids, pass between the six-headed monster Scylla and the whirlpool Charybdis, and unite the family.

The game features hand-drawn cartoons, in full HD resolution, humorous dialogs, challenging puzzles, and a short animation synopsis for educational purposes.

Linux uses will receive a Debian installer. More information about the game can be found on the official website.
