There are some fans of Cartoon-themed mobile phones out there and mobile phone manufacturers, especially Asian ones, are not neglecting that type of phone users at all.

Proof to this would be a pretty large number of mobile phones dedicated to cartoon characters including the Keroro Phone, the Little Twin Stars phone and
a larger variety of mobile phones featuring Hello Kitty.

Because there is always need for something new, there's now a MashiMaro M808 mobile phone, coming with MashiMaro wallpaper, theme and ringtones.

The phone's case also includes the cartoon rabbit's ears stamped on. For those who are not familiar with MashiMaro, the cartoon character was created by Jae In Kim and it basically looks like a cute fat rabbit.

Just like Hello Kitty, it is highly popular in Korea and a lot of merchandise with the bunny is available. The character debuted in a series of Flash animations on the Internet, and compared to Hello Kitty, is a bit less innocent and sweet, never hesitating to impose his will on others.

Having said enough about the rabbit, the phone features a 1.5 inch 65k color TFT screen, a 1megapixel camera which is good enough for taking snapshots, a media player supporting MP3, MIDI and WAV file formats and a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion, enabling the user to keep a larger collection of music stored on a memory card.

MashiMaro fans will be able to get one of these phones in exchange for 9,900 Taiwan dollars starting the 1st of February, so just a couple of days from now.
