The mobile phone comes packed with safety features

It's surprising how most mobile phones for people (adults) come with the same boring, overly used design, while mobile phones for kids come in various shapes or colors. Some are simple, some are fun, but they all are unique. Maybe that's why phones on the Asian market are simply gorgeous, because manufacturers realize that using the same design several times is just boring.

Now, getting to the point, CES is quite the same for the technology obsessed people out there as Disneyland is for kids, and in this case, kind of a blend between the two, because among more serious devices, a colorful mobile phone for kids was also presented.

The phone was manufactured by a company named Itsmagical (I bet they took their time to come up with such a name) who claims that the phone is the most "Original and Trendiest Mobile Phone for Children". And, in my opinion, it's not. It's nice, yes, but most original? Not quite. It features the same old phone limitations for both incoming and outgoing calls.

Parents will be able to enter a few phone numbers in the address book, and know for sure that their kid won't be able to talk or send text messages to anyone else. The MO1 phone also comes with two speed dial buttons that can be preset to dial mom and dad's number, and an emergency button.

It's basically a GSM phone with thrown in safety features and a smaller number of buttons in bright colors that are easier to use by a child. Itsmagical's MO1 is currently available in Spain, but since they're presenting their product at CES, it might hit the U.S. as well.
