It's common knowledge that feature-packed mobile phones generally cost a lot of money. If you are looking for a multimedia phone that has decent features to offer for a decent amount of money, Chinese manufacturer TINYU has just released exactly what you are looking for.

The budget multimedia phone features a 2.2 inch 260k color touchscreen with a 176 x 220 pixel resolution, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Chinese handwriting recognition, a media player supporting WAV, MP3 and AAC file formats, and Bluetooth for connectivity with A2DP support.

If the 64MB of internal memory the phone comes with doesn't seem enough for storing multimedia files, the mobile phone also comes equipped with a MicroSD card slot allowing the storage of even more MP3's and photos. The phone also packs an FM Radio just in case you get bored of the tracks on your phone.

TINYU A699 can also be used as a Web Cam due to its Plug-N-Play PC Web Camera support and it's a pretty good choice for the ones that although on a tight budget, are not willing to give up certain features. The cell phone comes in a candybar form factor and has a pretty clean cut and simple design, measures 102 x 43 x 13.5 mm and weighs 90grams, so it shouldn't be inconvenient in any way while carried in the pocket.

To sum it up, the TINYU A699 has pretty much to offer for such a low price. It can be bought for $1280 HKD (approximately $164) which is pretty affordable for a multimedia mobile phone.
