The recently released 100 Best Products of 2007 Top made by PC World revealed that Google is still the most important company on the Internet but showed us a lethal triangle that helps the Mountain View firm promote its solution. The RIM's Blackberry 8800, a handheld device that allows users to access Google Maps from any location was placed on the 5th position, while the Samsung BlackJack received the 25th place. In addition, the Google Maps for Mobile was placed on the 53th position, creating a lethal triangle for all the rivals of the search giant.

"We'd like to applaud the inclusion of RIM's Blackberry 8800 and Samsung's Blackjack in PC World's list of the 100 Best Products of 2007. These two devices raise the bar of what is possible in the mobile world, and enable the GPS capabilities needed to fully experience another of PC World's top 100, Google Maps for mobile," Steve Lee, Product Manager, Google Maps for mobile, said today. "The Maps for mobile team is honored to share this PC World recognition with innovative mobile device manufacturers. We are more excited than ever to continue developing tools to make the mobile device a useful and, some might say, "religious" experience when you're on the go."

As you can see, Google wants to improve the mobile side of its products and it is helped even by the mobile devices producers that are including the search giant's services into their solutions. Take for example the famous Cupertino company Apple that adopted YouTube and several other Google products and implemented them into its upcoming solutions, the iPhone and the already-released Apple TV.

However, the king of the online mobile market is surely the giant portal Yahoo that is already trying to make its oneSearch technology famous in the entire world. Recently, Yahoo updated oneSearch and made it available to other countries outside the US.
