14 DAY TRIAL // After confirming yesterday that it was going to re-release The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker on the Wii U platform, Nintendo has unveiled a batch of screenshots that compare the original version of Wind Waker on the GameCube with the HD one that’s going to appear on the Wii U.
Nintendo's Legend of Zelda franchise is extremely popular and the Japanese company is looking forward to releasing an iteration for the Wii U home console.
Until that new game is ready to be revealed, Nintendo has confirmed that it's going to re-release Wind Waker for the Wii U in a high definition.
After seeing a few images with it in the reveal video yesterday, Nintendo has now posted a series of comparison screenshots, via AGB, between the original GameCube version of the title and the upcoming Wii U one.
As you can see, the graphics have been overhauled and the colors are much sharper and surreal.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD is expected to appear this fall for the Wii U.
