Sony has revealed its latest internal data pertaining to video game sales on its platforms, showing something very intriguing: The Last of Us: Remastered is at the top of the PS4 chart with just a single day of sales in the month of July.

The month of July was a pretty busy one, with Oddworld, Guacamelee! and Rogue Legacy all making big debuts in terms of sales.

Overall, Mojang's block-stacking sensation Minecraft dominated the PlayStation 3 chart once again, and Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD sneaked back to the top of the PlayStation Vita chart, due to the temporary price drop.

The PlayStation 4 chart is the most surprising of them all, featuring Naughty Dog's overhauled edition of The Last of Us, managing to surpass all manner of competition in spite of the fact that it only had one day of sales to do so.

Next up we have Oddworld: New'n'Tasty, a completely new entry, at position number 2, followed by Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Trials Fusion and Sniper Elite, seeing a slight surge in sales and climbing from number 9 last month.

Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition and Rogue Legacy are at spots number 6 and 7, also brand new entries in the PlayStation 4 library.

On the PS Vita, new-entry Child of Light surged to the last position of the podium, while One Piece Unlimited World Red came in at spot number 8, and The Ratchet & Clank Trilogy, another new entry, managed to climb to position 13.
