14 DAY TRIAL // The Last of Us, the big upcoming PlayStation 3 exclusive, will see the release of a special trailer this weekend, during the 2012 Video Game Awards.
Until then, however, developer Naughty Dog and publisher Sony have just posted a special teaser trailer for the upcoming video, showing a brand new character that's supposedly being tortured by another one.
The Last of Us is one of the most interesting upcoming PS3 exclusives that will arrive next year, as developer Naughty Dog wants to deliver an atmospheric survival game with two believable characters – Joel and Ellie – and tell the story of how they're making their way across a post-apocalyptic North America.
We already saw plenty of gameplay and story videos ever since the game's reveal late last year during the 2011 VGAs, and now Sony has confirmed that a new trailer will be showcased during the 2012 edition of the awards show.
You can check out a few seconds of the video in the teaser trailer above and get ready for the start of the VGAs on December 7.
