Naughty Dog has confirmed that work on its upcoming The Last of Us survival game is now complete and that everything's on track for release in June for the PlayStation 3 home console.

PS3 users are set to receive a great exclusive experience next month, as Naughty Dog, the studio behind the great Uncharted series, is set to debut an all-new property in the form of The Last of Us.

The survival game was initially set to appear in May but the studio made the decision to postpone it in order to do some extra polishing.

Now, according to a photo posted by Naughty Dog co-president Christophe Balestra, The Last of Us is complete and the manufacturing of discs has just begun.

Everything seems to be on track for the game's release on June 14, and fans will be able to get a taste of the experience at the end of the month, on May 31, when a demo will be released, first for God of War: Ascension owners and then for the rest of the world.
