Video game developer Naughty Dog and publisher Sony are announcing that the Abandoned Territories downloadable content pack for The Last of Us will cost players 9.99 dollars or Euro when it is launched on October 16.

Gamers who get it will be able to access four new battlegrounds on which to test their skills, including one that features a dynamic dust storm and another built around stealth that takes place under the moonlight.

Abandoned Territories is the first piece of DLC for The Last of Us and Naughty Dog has promised that two more packs will be delivered, according to IGN.

A Season Pass can be bought to cover all new content drops, for the price of 19.99 dollars or Euro.

The development team has suggested that it is already working on a new video game for the PlayStation 4, which fans suspect is part of the Uncharted franchise.
