In “The Last Stand,” Arnie plays an aging cop who takes a job as a sheriff of a small border town thinking this will be just a quiet, uneventful position.
As it turns out, he’ll be the last one standing in one mobster’s desperate dash for freedom and the border.
Directed by Kim-Jee Woon (it’s his English-language debut), the film also stars Johnny Knoxville as Arnie’s unlikely sidekick (hence his inclusion in the poster), the incredibly handsome Rodrigo Santoro, Forest Whitaker, Eduardo Noriega, Jaimie Alexander, and Zach Gilford.
“The Last Stand” opens in US theaters on January 18.
