Reality family releases traditional, incredibly photoshopped “Kristmas Kard”

Hate them or love them, there's one thing about the Kardashians no one can deny: they do take themselves very seriously and, at the same time, really make an effort to stay relevant. Just check out their Christmas card to see for yourself.

For some years, the Kardashians have made it a family tradition of getting all dressed up and then posing for the so-called “Kardashian Kard,” as the media has dubbed their family Christmas card.

This year was no different, of course, even though recent events in their life, especially in Kim's, could have probably sucked the fun out of such activities.

“Here it is! Our 2011 Kardashian/Jenner family Christmas card!!! It was shot by the amazing Nick Saglimbeni and there’s a special 3D version that you can view with 3D glasses,” Kim gushes on her official blog page.

“I love our family Christmas cards shoots and I think this one looks amazing!” she further enthuses.

She may think it looks amazing, but voices online are already having a hearty laugh at how photoshopped it is.

You can see the card in the image attached to this article: it shows the Kardashian/Jenner clan in somber attire pulling equally somber poses.

By the looks of their faces, you would probably never guess the photo is a Christmas card; no one said the holiday season needs to be especially jolly, did they.

All in all, the 2011 Christmas card is just as awkward, super polished and unintentionally funny as the 2010 one.

“This year’s edition is just as glitzy, airbrushed, and ridiculous as we hoped it would be!” Hollywood Life writes.

“And while it’s a little pathetic seeing Kim Kardashian standing solo in a sea of well-dressed couples, you can’t deny this entire work of art belongs in the Guggenheim. If James Bond had a reality show, this is what it would look like,” the celebrity e-zine adds.

As it happens, it's just one of the voices saying something like this. Click on the image to enlarge and see for yourself the latest Kardashian card – and then drop us a line to tell us what you made of it.
