I gotten mine, luckly n thanks to jaybird, I loved their return policy, I safly return mine. reasons, sound quality was not good, the person on the other end couldn't hear me, as well if I had to use it out-door, then I had to hold up my tilt up my shoulder, and unless I think if I wore an arm-band, which I don't have. Just waste of time, hope to get the S9 HD by motorola, its not the old S9, this one has lots of thing fixed as well its WOW HD. can you handle that? Good Luck
