14 DAY TRIAL // “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” doesn’t come out until November this year, but Lionsgate is already rolling out what promises to be a huge – and pretty neat, too – promo campaign for it.
Just recently, it announced that a series of Capitol Portraits would be released. Effie Trinket’s is the first in the series.

Effie is depicted in the original novels as some kind of exotic bird when it comes to fashion and, in all fairness, in the first film, which came out in 2012, she certainly didn’t disappoint in this regard.
By the looks of the new pic, Elizabeth Banks, who’s playing Effie, is in for a colorful ride with this new installment as well.
“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” drops in theaters in November.
