14 DAY TRIAL // I hope you’re ready for the “Hunger Games: Catching Fire” promo trail, because it promises to be at least as spectacular as Katniss Everdeen’s dress in the latest IMAX featurette, which, of course, you can see in full above.
Not only does it offer a bit more footage, but it also explains why director Francis Lawrence decided to shoot all Arena scenes in IMAX.
Jennifer Lawrence, who plays Katniss, promises that the effect on the viewer will be truly something else, allowing him or her to see the world through her character’s eyes.
“That is such an incredible moment to choose to go into IMAX, when she’s coming up out of this ‘cause she’s kind of seeing this new world,” the actress says of the moment she’s brought up in the new Arena, for a new edition of the deadly Games.
