Late last night reports claimed that, on Monday, David Hasselhoff was ejected from Wimbledon because he was 'steaming drunk' and picked fights with the security guards outside the Center Court.
Later that same day, he was forbidden the entrance in the press and players' bar, where he was allegedly to continue his alcohol binge. The same sources (based on the story of an unnamed eye witness) claim that, seeing that all doors closed in his nose, The Hoff left the premises clinging to his old mate and fellow drinker Michael Brandon.
But that was not before attempting to gain entrance by using the only 'credentials' available namely, his own name. One of the guards stated that an enraged and superbly drunk David roared and raged: 'You should let me in. Do you who I am? I'm The Hoff'. Of course you are, David, we all know that. Too bad the British didn't.
Today, rumors about the disorderly behavior of the star were infirmed by Wimbledon officials. They stated that none of the guards have seen the 'Baywatch' former macho-man drunk and that the whole incident was nothing else but a simple misunderstanding. David simply got lost trying to look for Court number 13 and was almost on his way to enter the press area. A well-intentioned guard explained to him that he cannot access it because he has no credentials, lead him back to his seat and, so, everything was settled.
The Hoff is currently visiting the UK and filming there a new TV commercial. The actor's past problems with alcohol, coinciding with the post-'Baywatch' depression, are well known and have always revealed a truly violent and excessively aggressive behavior.
