“The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” Trailer Is Here

Fans of the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy and J.R.R. Tolkien’s novels should be happy to learn that a brand new trailer for the insanely anticipated “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” has just debuted online.

You can see it in full and in HD above.

Peter Jackson returns to the source material that also gave way to one of the most successful and popular film franchises of all times, with this new story of courage, love and, above all, adventure.

Though the story focuses on the Hobbit Bilbo Baggins, fans will certainly recognize other characters that populated the “Lord of the Rings” universe as well.

“The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” will be out in 3D on December 14, 2012.
