Before you call this commercial silly, it’s very important to take into consideration that it was aired in the United Kingdom in 1994, a time when computers were still huge enigmas for most people.

Truth is, Microsoft indeed managed to make working on the computer a lot easier but still, we can’t help but agree with most users claiming that the Redmond-based technology giant takes things a bit too far in some ads.

An old lady catching up so fast with a brand new computer is quite unusual, although this is fairly possible these days with such intuitive technology around us.

If there’s something to laugh at however, it’s the way she mistakenly dragged the displayed icon when she tried to double click it. Oh well, it was 1994…
