Although his '9/11' movie is barely released and arising as much controversy as one sole film can, Oliver Stone has hinted what his next project might be: a musical about Hugh Hefner's life.
The universally appraised director said during an interview that he is sick and tired of doing political dramas, sagas or biopics about the lives of famous people. He also hinted that he may consider doing next a 'sexy song-and-dance extravaganza' about the life of one of the most influential people on earth, the founder of 'Playboy'.

Stone also said that he is still suffering from not being able to get the direction for Madonna's 'Evita'. 'I wish I could have made it. [I came] so close. Maybe I should do a musical... Maybe Hugh Hefner, the Playboy musical', Stone said.
Who knows, if he sets his mind to it, it might turn out really interesting, especially considering Hef's life and Stone's experience...
