A team of Japanese students, who I guess are tech wizards who have not had a lot of contact with girls, have invented a piece of smart clothing that should take care of their emotional needs.

The “Girlfriend Coat” or Riajyuu Coat was devised by students attending the University of Tsukuba in the Kantō area in Japan.

Daily Mail reveals that the device uses a belt to recreate the pressure felt when someone sneaks up on you and hugs you from behind.

A set of headphones is necessary to get the true vibe of the coat. Whoever wears it will have words whispered in their ear.

A voice, which Daily Caller compares to that of an Anime character, apologizes for being late and utters other phrases listed on a playlist.
