14 DAY TRIAL // Since before she filed for divorce from husband of 4 years Lamar Odom in December 2013, Khloe Kardashian had been romantically linked in the press to rapper The Game. She repeatedly denied they were more than friends, and now it’s his turn to do the same.
The rapper is in the UK right now with his tour and, because everything the Kardashians do is of interest for their legions of fans, the question of whether he was dating Khloe came up in an interview with BBC Radio1Extra. The full chat is available at this BBC Link.
Fans of the Kardashians’ E! reality series (and not only) probably know that Khloe and The Game have been spending a lot of time together in the past weeks. They went clubbing on various occasions, they went shopping, they went to the gym and they did lunch and dinner out on the town.
On one particular occasion they went clubbing, Khloe twerked on him with more fire than Miley Cyrus did on Robin Thicke at the MTV Video Music Awards 2013. This was just another piece of “evidence” that seemed to support the theory that they were a couple.
As it turns out, they’re not. But The Game did date older sister Kim, he reveals.
“Those are just rumors. It's funny man cos me and Khloe we're cool. People don't know, but I've been knowing Khloe for 12 years – you know what I'm saying? I went and dated Kim for a while. A little short while. Me and Khloe are cool,” The Game says.
He clearly doesn’t want to go into the details of his fling with Kim, saying it happened “a long time ago” and that the entire thing actually consisted of two McDonalds dates. He wouldn’t even say if this happened before she attained world fame (or infamy, better say) with Ray J and their homemade, accidentally “leaked” adult tape.
“You know what. I don't remember that time line. Kanye was the homie. He's still the homie. That is his wife. They got a family. I love them. They're great,” he says.
Kim and Kanye welcomed their first daughter last summer, North. They’re planning to marry in May, presumably somewhere outside Paris, so it only makes sense for The Game not to want to cause any trouble by digging up stuff from the past.
Shortly after this, he downright refused to talk about the Khloe romance rumors. “We was talking about me NOT doing a thing with Khloe Kardashian. No, man [there was nothing between us]. I got a family at home man. I'll bring my kids' mom here and let her talk about the thing,” he says.
