I'm not quite sure how this came to happen (or why, for that matter), but rapper The Game is very upset with David Beckham's transfer from Real Madrid to Los Angeles Galaxy. Neither does he give a proper reason for it, so there is room left only for speculation.
After the move from the A-list club was made public, The Game talked to the media and displayed his dissatisfaction by saying that he could kick Beck's ass any time... like, anywhere he wants to, anytime, no matter what. One reason for his uncalled for insult could be found in that the soccer team David will be transferred to as soon as his contract with Real Madrid is over is The Game's hometown team.
Of course that doesn't fully explain the rapper's threat but, still, it was just an attempt at finding some relation between his words and his actions. Jayceon Taylor (The Game's real name) actually challenged David to a one-on-one match, all the while insisting that there wouldn't be much to see, because he would take him out, like, from the first minute.
'I'd kick David Beckham's ass on any given day. I'd just pick the ball up and kick the sh*t out of the stadium, game over.', the rapper told the media, insisting that, despite the massive publicity that he's generating, David's skills are only 'pretty good'.
This is not the first time that The Game is trying to pick fights with famous people, apparently just for the sake of them or not to get bored. A little while ago, he also said he would fight WWE wrestler Triple H but, this time, it was not without any reason: the wrestler has been associated with the name The Game since 1999, but the rapper claims he should be its rightful owner because 'he has used the name longer'.
Can anyone say 'cry for attention'?
