Rapper confirms he’s no longer spoken for, takes most of the blame for it

Just a couple of days ago, word got out online that rapper The Game was about to make his small screen debut in a reality show, which would have focused exclusively on his wedding. Both are off, it has emerged.

Moments after rumor broke of the reality show, speculation started making the rounds that there would be no wedding after all.

Some hours ago, The Game himself confirmed the news on his Twitter, saying he called off the wedding because he was not man enough to go through with it.

We're to believe the same goes for the reality show, unless he and his ex-fiancée can turn this around like Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris did when they pulled the plug on their nuptials one week ahead of the big day – and air the special as is.

“The rumors are TRUE. The wedding is OFF. It's not her fault, it's mine ! She's a GREAT woman, I just wasn't man enough 2 see it through,” The Game wrote on his Twitter.

“Important message to all men: If you're lucky to have 1/2 of the woman I had... Appreciate her & do everything necessary to keep her happy !” he added some time later.

He even included an apology to all those who were looking forward to the wedding, for basically letting them down by canceling the event.

“I am truly sorry & apologetic to my family, friends & EVERYONE that this has affected & inconvenienced. Not everyone has a happy ending,” The Game explained.

The wedding was supposed to take place on July 28. While the rapper doesn't mention the exact time when he called it off, one might assume it happened recently – and he made the announcement almost on the spot to prevent the tabloids from running with the story and distorting it.

The reality show went into production earlier this month, with reports saying both MTV and VH1 were interested in airing it.

As noted above, it might still happen. When Crystal walked out on The Hef one week before saying “I Do,” he still had their wedding TV special aired, with a mention that the wedding never took place.
