The weather info is provided by a Doppler-radar feed that come from XM satellite radio. Its split screen lets you check out what XM content is playing while viewing weather data. The palm-sized device also layers trail routes on top of aerial photos, satellite images and topographic maps. It's waterproof and looks safe even if you happen to love sports like canoeing.

You can also check its enhanced sports scoreboard in order to find the latest sport statistics and scores. This is also offered by XM satellite radio. The handheld features a 3.5-inch full-color LCD screen (320 X240 pixel resolution), 64 MB MicroSD card for data and maps and a rechargeable Li-Ion battery (no word about a hand-crack yet).
The device is nowhere to be found and "bought", yet. It should be available this summer and it will sell for a "cheap" 500$.
