For those of you who have been patient and good all year, we have something today that you've certainly been waiting for some time. It's the first full, honest-to-god, official trailer of the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” reboot, under the careful eye of his Highness, the King of Action Movies, Michael Bay.

The film stars Megan Fox as the nosy reporter April O'Neill and William Fichtner as Shredder, while bringing back the half-shelled heroes from the 1984 comic book by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird.

Throughout the trailer, you'll be seeing a lot of Megan Fox, who uses her pouty lips and seductive gaze to entrance fanboys, but the producers might have missed their audience, because everyone wanted a good, clean look that the new turtles.

The plot line suggested in the trailer reveals that O'Neill's father was directly involved in the birth of the superhero turtles.

However, the most important thing of all, the villain Shredder and his iconic costume were oddly left out of the trailer, although you can make barely him out at one point during a brief standoff moment. It looks as though the moviemakers are saving him for the theater audiences.

The movie produced by Michael Bay and directed by Jonathan Liebesman is going to open in cinemas across America starting with August 8 and October 17 in Europe.

And yes, Megan's faint scene at the very end might very well be the worst piece of acting seen this year.
