I-Play, a division of the New York-based company Oberon Media, announced the upcoming release of a new mobile game based on Universal Picture's The Fast and the Furious franchise. Called The Fast and the Furious: Pink Slip, the new game should be available by the end of this week via all the major US mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and so on).

Obviously a racing game, The Fast and the Furious: Pink Slip will come with 32 cars, four types of events (drift racing, drag racing, police chase and point 2 point), a revolutionary betting system, plus characters and scenes from the last three films based on the franchise.

"With more than 10 million downloads, The Fast and the Furious is the most renowned title in mobile racing today. Gamers won’t be able to put down their phones while using the game’s advanced features, and they’ll love the new cinematic sequences. The Fast and the Furious: Pink Slip is sure to attract even more users to the best mobile driving experience available," confidently stated Don Ryan, chief operating officer at Oberon Media, I-Play's parent company.

The Fast and the Furious: Pink Slip is I-Play's fifth mobile game to be based on the Fast and the Furious franchise. The other four are: "The Fast and the Furious," "2 Fast, 2 Furious," "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo" and "The Fast and the Furious: Fugitive." All the four games are available across the US, offered by the major carriers, as well as by I-Play directly, via its official website.

All in all, if you're a fan of mobile racing, I-Play's upcoming game will probably offer you lots of entertaining and adrenaline-filled moments. On the other hand, if you're a fan of puzzles and logic games, you should probably run away from it as fast as you can (and eventually furious too).
