The Facebook Timeline Will Now Be Rolled Out to Everyone, No Exceptions

Facebook has announced that the Timeline is finally being rolled out to everyone, for better or for worse. Yes, it announced something of the sort several times now, but this time it means it, the Timeline will be enabled for everyone, without exception within the next few weeks.

"Last year we introduced timeline, a new kind of profile that lets you highlight the photos, posts and life events that help you tell your story. Over the next few weeks, everyone will get timeline," Facebook announced.

If you're not familiar with the Timeline, it's perhaps time to read up on it. Once you do get the new profile, you will have one week to look it over and remove the entries you're not particularly proud of or you don't need reminding of.

After that, the profile goes live and will be visible to the same people that would normally see your posts, photos or activities.
