The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly bring plenty of goodies for Batman fans: a brand new interview with Christian Bale and at least three new photos from the upcoming “The Dark Knight Rises.”

You can see the photos made available with the mag attached to this blog post, including the cover shot, which has a very serious-looking Batman glaring down on us and a closeup of Bane, who is just as menacing (if not actually more) than before.

In the interview, Bale talks again about how TDKR will be the third and last time he'll be donning the Bat suit to save and protect Gotham and, depending on the case, mankind in general.

“I can tell you the truth because I’m done with it: I felt immense pressure. And I think it’s a good pressure, because you owe it to the films - and the people’s expectations - to make great work,” he says.

“I think when people see the film, things will come into focus. Bane [played by Tom Hardy] is very complex and very interesting and when people see the finished film people will be very entertained by him,” Chris Nolan chimes in.

“The Dark Knight Rises” is out in theaters on July 20, 2012. Tickets for it are already available.
