New details come to light in the case of the Clint Eastwood – Dina Eastwood divorce. The 83-year-old actor has filed court documents in which he refuses to pay spousal support and also wants Dina to pay for her own legal fees.

The screen legend is reportedly worth $350 million (€256 million) but isn't too keen on giving anything away to his estranged wife. In the legal documents, Clint tells the court that he and his wife had secretly separated more than 12 months ago, on June 2, 2012, after 17 years of marriage.

Dina only managed to file for divorce back in October at Monterey County Superior Court in Carmel, California. At the time, the reason given for the divorce was “irreconcilable differences” and the demand was for full physical and joint legal custody of their minor daughter Morgan, 16, as well as for full spousal support and attorney fees.

Radar reports that there is a prenuptial agreement but Dina is claiming the property rights are still “to be determined.” Clint has confirmed the existence of such an agreement but isn't probably considering a redetermination of property rights.

The couple were married for 17 years, having met for the first time during an interview. At the time, Dina was the host and the two decided to get together, eventually getting married in 1996. Clint had been married to Maggie Johnson prior to that, in a marriage that resulted in 2 children. All in all, Clint has 8 children from his different marriages.

Now there are reports that Eastwood is not looking back, on the contrary, the 83-year-old is already busy in the process of wooing his next target. She's been identified as Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, a woman half his age, at 42 years old. She is said to be the ex-wife of the man with which Dina had a fling after her split from Clint.

The woman is said to be receiving lavish gifts from the aging actor that is meanwhile engaged in a bitter battle with his ex-wife over spousal support.
