The Cat God Comes to The Secret World

The development team at Funcom has launched the third big content update for their MMO The Secret World, called Issue #3:The Cat God.

The main event of the new batch of content, which involves the appearance of the Cat God itself, will take place around Halloween in October and will see the player engage in a whole new range of quests and social events.

The new villain will only be faced by the players during the first few days of November, after a number of quests are completed.

In time for Halloween, The Secret World will also be filled with “tricks, treats, new costumes and special pets.”

Those who are playing The Secret World now can get access to a new mission called The Binding, which allows them to go to Egypt to explore the context of the Seven Sentinels, working on one of the toughest puzzles that are included in the MMO.
