14 DAY TRIAL // The Minecraft-inspired Blockheads has reached version 1.5 on iPhone and iPad featuring new trade portals that allow buying and selling items on a global marketplace with fellow Blockheads players.
In addition to the new trade portals, The Blockheads 1.5 comes with a new tutorial to help out newcomers, a recent-server list for connecting to online servers that you have visited recently, new scorpions in the desert (particularly active at night, according to the developers), and the ability to die.
“Blockheads can now die, but can regenerate at the portal,” says Majic Jungle.
There’s more. Players can craft paintings using any picture they own, and there are new stairs and columns available as decoration items, but also to facilitate movement between floors. Other cool stuff includes fast electric elevators, new golden bow and poison arrows, and the ability to paint things like ladders, beds, chests, safes, shops, signs, and more. Several bug fixes are also included.
