It wasn't a blunt statement that confirmed the news, but for those that can read between the lines, it's enough confirmation that CBS is looking to keep “The Big Bang Theory” in its line-up for yet another year.

Speaking at a recent conference call quoted by Deadline, CBS honcho Les Moonves hinted that the sitcom would continue to air on the regular network line-up. But he did specify that it would more than likely have to be moved to a new time slot to make way for Thursday Night Football.

However, this change is merely temporary, as CBS has contracted only a limited number of football matches and once they are all played out, the show will return to its traditional time-slot.

The next season will make its debut this fall, but audiences are eager to see how the story will develop until then, since the producers decided to mark this year's Valentine's Day with a surprise kiss between quirky Sheldon and girlfriend Amy, hinting that this could lead to something more.

Is a “Big Bang Theory” wedding planned for the near future? We'll have one more year to find out.
