14 DAY TRIAL // The AppStore is the place to find some of the best Role Playing Games. However, when you have hundreds of them to choose from, it is difficult to find the best ones out there.
The AppStore editors are trying to solve that problem today with a special-made selection for RPG fans. There are 30 different games with prices ranging from zero to $19.99 (€14.94) to keep you busy.
First one on this list is "Battleheart Legacy," an indie game developed by a really small team. It has been described as a real-time combat system, based on the award-winning Battleheart game. Your task is pretty simple. You have to move your character or attack the enemies with simple taps.
Final Fantasy VI could not be excluded of this list. This is one of the most appreciated Role Playing Games on the AppStore, and this version is special because all the graphics have been done by Kazuko Shibuya, one of the graphic designers involved in the Final Fantasy series, that worked on the main characters.
A different kind of RPG is "Angry Birds Epic." This is not your regular Angry Birds, but you will play with all the known characters. This game is free, but you can get better and finish it faster if you get one of the 10 coins packs via in-app purchase. The cost anywhere from $0.99 (€0.74) up to $89.99 (€67.24).
And since we are talking about big franchises, "Star Wars: Assault Team" is another RPG that helps you get together an assault team made of the finest Star Wars Characters.
