Now that David Beckham announced that he would be leaving Real Madrid and Spain and move to the US and the LA Galaxy next summer, Victoria's life just got a bit more complicated. To make the move as easy as possible, both for them and for the children, Posh is ahead of the game and has already established quarters in America, where she is now house hunting.
With so many millions to spare and so much time on her hands (in between outrageous shopping sprees), Victoria has many alternatives to choose from. She and a team of estate agents have to look at approximately 35 properties, all valued between $6.5 million and $13 million. But she has another one to also consider; Michael Jackson's former humble abode, the (in)famous ranch Neverland.
According to sources from the British media, the isolated musician has already contacted the glamorous couple to see if they're interested in buying Neverland, the place he left almost 18 months ago after being cleared of child molesting charges. Rumor has it that he is asking $13 million for the 2,800 acre property, but Victoria is not so happy with the offer.
Apparently, Neverland is situated in Los Olivos, California, 150 miles from David's future playground. Although they say she is ecstatic with the house and the way it looks, Posh can't ignore the fact that she and her hubby would have to face a bitch of a commute if they bought it.
She may not have the perfect house yet, but she does have everything else put down to the tiniest detail. The former singer turned crazed fashionista has already contacted posh boutique Petit Tresor and ordered them to have everything ready for when they move in because she wants all the children rooms in the house to be 'soccer themed'.
'I want to make sure I pick the right one for David and the kids. I've seen some beautiful places, but we want somewhere that looks like a nice home', Posh told the media. For that (meaning, the bedrooms of the children), she is willing to take out another $65,000 out of (David's) pocket.
