There's no such thing as "let me play this game for just a minute"...

The AppStore editors have the most ungodly selection of them all. They call it "Quick-Fix Games." We are going to call it "Really Addictive Games."

There are only 20 games in this new selection, but they will keep you busy for hours and hours. The most famous ones are: Smash Hit, Blek, TwoDots and Cut the Rope. Two of them are actually in the Top 10 AppStore apps: Timberman is on number 2 as the most downloaded Free app and Blek takes the number 9 spot in the Paid Apps Chart.

We're going to first talk about Threes! This is a $1.99 puzzle that has got a lot of traction lately, especially because it is 66.6 percent cheaper right now. This game is described as being optimized for iOS 7 and the human brain. All you have to do is match numbers. It starts fairly easy and it gets addictive really fast.

Timberman is an old-school arcade style casual game. All you have to do is chop wood and avoid the branches. We're pretty sure you can do that. The question is "for how long?" The app is free so you might as well try it.

Next up, Blek, the 99 cents game that won an Apple Design Award in 2014. This little app asks you to do just one thing: shape a line that collects all colored circles avoiding the black holes on its route. There are no specific moves, so you need to use your imagination to find the best solution.

TwoDots is one of the most addictive games recently invented. It is free to try, but after the first 15-20 levels or so, you're going to desperately need one of the 3 in-app purchases options or just pure luck to move ahead. Your mission is simple: connect two or more dots of the same color with a straight line and get rid of them. There are 110 levels in this game, and when you start it, you are not going to put your phone down until your are done with it, or the battery dies.

Cut the Rope 2 is a classic! The cute Om Nom needs candies so you have to cut the ropes holding the sweets and feed the little guy. That gets more and more difficult with time so don't be fooled by the early levels in this fame.
