Those that have been keeping watch on Google Chrome OS developments know that a brand new window manager and UI is coming, Aura, shared by the desktop Chrome as well, which will enable hardware accelerated graphics in the UI.
But the feature has another trick up its sleeve, it will also
add wallpapers, for the first time, to Chrome OS. And, like any operating system worth its salt, it will also come with a number of built-in wallpapers.
Those wallpapers have now become
available, all 50 of them, and you can check out François Beaufort's Google+ photo
gallery to see them all. Better yet, you can download them all in a conveniently packaged
ZIP archive from right here on Softpedia.
Developers that compile their own Chrome OS, strictly speaking Chromium OS, have been able to play around with Aura. The Hexxeh
builds also have it enabled if you want to see it in action.
