To celebrate its tenth anniversary, the 'South Park' creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, have prepared a special treat for all the fans of the animated series. Starting from Sunday, September 24, at 10.00 P.M, Comedy Central will air ten episodes that 'changed the world', on ten consecutive nights.

The creators said that picking his all-time favorite episodes was the hardest thing they ever had to do, as it was like choosing among their own children.

But they did it nonetheless and, among those which made the cut are 'Best Friends Forever' ('a final battle between heaven and hell', says Parker), 'Good Times with Weapons' and the (in)famous 'Trapped in the Closet', detailing a mock version of Tom Cruise's life and of his religious beliefs.

Parker said that 'Trapped' couldn't but make it in the final run, considering that its creators never 'had a single episode that has stirred up this much unwanted and wanted attention'. And, for those who just can't get enough of the wacky cartoons, all the ten episodes will also be included on a special DVD edition, 'South Park the Hits: Volume 1', which will hit stores nationwide on October 3rd.

The marathon leads up to the launch of the latest season of 'South Park', on October 4th at 10.00 P.M, also on Comedy Central.
