The company restored the image search appearance

Google's Image Search interface was one of the most criticized improvements ever made by the search giant because it removed all the details about the pictures that are now shown only when the user places the cursor over the photo. Some time ago, I wrote an article to explain the disadvantages of the new image search interface that was almost useless when a certain user was looking for a specific size of the picture. It seems like the company was really assaulted by this type of complaints because, as you can see, the Google Image Search interface is back to normal, displaying all the information directly under the picture.

Another interesting update added to the Image Search engine is the same malware warning displayed on the main search technology provided by Google. "Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer! Suggestions: return to the previous page and pick another result; try another search to find what you're looking for," the notification says.

As you might know, this malware warning was first introduced on the official search engine provided by Google that was displayed when the users were trying to click on a malicious link returned by the search technology. Some time ago, the search giant introduced another malware warning displayed under the links offered by the search engine, mentioning certain sites can infect the user's computer with dangerous software.

The most interesting aspect of the warning is that Google doesn't provide a direct link to the image and forces you to copy the image address posted in the notification. I must admit this alert is sometimes useful because I tried to view the image, although Google alerted me and my Firefox browser returned me an error saying "The application is not responding."
