Authorities have released the name of the victim of the deadly Texas Giant accident at Six Flags last week.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Rosy Espraza has been spotted by other visitors getting on the ride with her children.

As reported, she fell off the ride at roughly 6.45pm on Friday. The park closed down but reopened the next day.

The roller coaster is still closed as a German company has been brought in to investigate the case of the accident.

Espraza, in her 50s, was from Dasslas. Her son Amado, who is in his 20s, has left a statement on Facebook in Spanish, confirming his mother's death.

“I’ve never discovered a day as long as this one. It’s very sad that I lost my mom, but I’m happy that I was able to enjoy her to the maximum while she was alive,” he wrote.
