Before the Boston bombings, suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev used his Twitter account to publish a photo of some friends' more than controversial license plates.

Azmat and Diaz, no last names known, sported “Terrorista #1” license plates, Christian Post writes. The two men drove a black BMW 330XI on which the police found stickers with profanities written on them.

The pair are apparently Kazakhstan nationals, possibly students at the University of Massachusetts. Their neighbors describe them as loud and rowdy.

“They used to have parties until three or four in the morning. [...] There would be drinking and dancing and the police would come. I didn't mind but they stayed up til late every now and then,” one neighbor describes.

They have been detained for immigration issues on Saturday and their apartment has been searched over the weekend.

Meanwhile, police are trying to question Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who has been found seriously injured and cannot speak after incurring a gunshot wound to his throat.
