Nick Stahl, star of “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines” and HBO’s “Carnivale,” has been arrested again a few hours ago. Though just earlier this month he had been placed on involuntary psychiatric hold that he said had helped him see how badly he needed help, the actor is definitely not even close to being out of the woods yet.

TMZ reports that the actor, who has had a string of run-ins with the law this past year, was arrested again, this time for meth possession.

“Nick Stahl is back in jail after getting busted for drugs early this morning. LAPD tells us the ‘Terminator 3’ star was arrested around 5 AM when police found him in a Hollywood motel with three other people... they were all allegedly using meth,” the celebrity publication writes.

Stahl and the 3 other people were all taken into custody, where they probably remain to this hour.

“We're told police actually went to the motel to conduct a parole compliance check on one of the people Stahl was hanging with this morning. Wrong place, wrong time for Stahl... who's battled drug addiction for years,” TMZ further notes.

It adds that, just 24 hours prior to the arrest, Stahl told TMZ paparazzi that he was “happy” he’d been placed on the involuntary psychiatric hold because it helped him understand the immensity of his problem and “straightened him out.”

As noted above, Stahl has been having a very rough year, with countless incidents heavily documented in the media.

In April, for instance, he was photographed accepting a “mysterious” package from a guy in Los Angeles’ skid row. Before that, in December, he was busted for lewd conduct in a movie shop in Hollywood.

Prior to that, Stahl went missing – and was reported as such by his family – twice. On both cases, his family thought the drugs made him go off the grid. They also told police that Stahl was a danger to himself and others when using.
