It seemed (and looked) more than obvious to everyone that after a very long and not quite happy period of solitude the Desperate Housewives star has finally managed to find a proper date.

As last week's photo material popped up in the press and after the other person involved in the kissing action stated he really likes her, Hatcher considers herself 'still single'.

The kissing shown in the Malibu photo footage that circled the globe can't be denied but Miss Hatcher seems not to get as easily involved in a relationship as popular American Idol show host Ryan Seacrest.

Speaking on TV show Access Hollywood, Hatcher declared, when asked about her relationship with Ryan Secarest :"Well, I guess what's caught on film is caught on film, and it would be hard for me to stand here and say that it wasn't, you know me, I'm not a liar, and I wouldn't do that. I'm not involved in any relationship. Just say it one more time in case!

Everyone clearly knows about my pathetic, single, dating life, right? You know what I think, obviously there's been some stuff going on and I think my life for good or bad is similar to a reality show."

Seacrest's opinion on the matter is yet to come.
