It appears that someone really passionate about the board game previously stayed at the address where user Nnewel now lives.
It also looks like those floors have not been cleaned in a while, but that is easier to fix than a gigantic Monopoly board.
I cannot imagine why someone would be so devoted to Monopoly, but the Redditor's explanation does not seem unreasonable – perhaps it is to prevent anger outbursts.
“They make the floor one giant board so after 7 hours nobody flips the board over in rage,” the user jokingly comments.
There are no tokens attached to this board, so users have to bring their own or use regular household objects.
