14 DAY TRIAL // Rumors on the upcoming release of the highly-acclaimed “Temple Run” game title for Android devices have pointed to a Q1 launch but the developers had yet to announce a specific date.
Today, the folks at Imangi Studios came forward with an official announcement which confirms that Temple Run will be released for Android devices on March 27. The game will be available as a free download in the Android Market in the last week of March.
The guys over at Imangi Studios have been working on this Android version of Temple Run since November 2011 and, hopefully, they will be able to finish the game within the next three weeks.
Temple Run features an endless gameplay, as players are challenged to collect coins by jumping, sliding and running to avoid the evil monkeys that guard the temple. It’s a game where you can definitely test your reflexes.
