Yesterday, Microsoft and Imangi Studios, LLC have announced the availability of the Temple Run mobile game for a wider selection of Windows Phone 8 devices, including those with lower hardware specifications.

To be more precise, the game is now available for download for handsets that pack only 512MB of RAM too, which should make many users happy.

Launched only several months ago, the game had been offering only support for smartphones with 1GB of RAM, which meant that a lot of people with cheaper devices could not enjoy its features.

“Test your reflexes as you race down ancient temple walls and along sheer cliffs. Swipe to turn, jump and slide to avoid obstacles, collect coins and buy power ups, unlock new characters, and see how far you can run,” the game’s description reads.

At the moment, Temple Run for Windows Phone 8 is available for download as version 1.5.2.0, and can be grabbed for free from Softpedia as well, via this link.
