Masone Dylan promised to interrupt the game if he received 1,000 retweets

A teenager has kept his promise and he has run onto the field during an All-Star Game, all for the sake of his Twitter fans.

He posted a challenge and said that he would do it if he received 1,000 reposts. DeadSpin writes that he got his wish and more than 1,000 people tuned in to watch him make a fool of himself.

"Blame it on social media," the user with handle @MasoneDylan tweeted just before running on the field.

His mother tried to warn him not to do it just before he went through with the stunt, and she couldn't get him to change his mind.

Citi Field security tackled him and took him down like a bag of potatoes. I recently wrote about three girls who pulled a similar stunt at a CWS game and got arrested.
